GatherLedger is a mobile + web app for churches, mosques, temples, and interfaith groups to run community events without spreadsheet sprawl. It centralizes event setup, volunteer roles, supplies, room/resource booking, and attendance in one place, with simple check-in and post-event reporting. Organizers can create recurring events, assign responsibilities, and send targeted updates to volunteers and attendees. A lightweight AI assistant helps draft announcements, generate task lists based on event type (potluck, youth night, service project), and summarize what worked/what didn’t from notes and attendance trends. The product is intentionally “boring” in the best way: fast setup, minimal training, and reliable exports for leadership reporting. It’s designed for small-to-mid institutions that don’t have dedicated IT staff and are tired of juggling WhatsApp threads, SignUpGenius links, and last-minute confusion.
