GCodeProof
GCodeProof is a desktop + web app that automatically reviews CNC G-code and setup notes to flag high-risk moves before a job hits the machine. It ingests common controller dialects (Fanuc-style, Haas, Mach3/4, LinuxCNC) and checks for typical shop-floor failure modes: missing tool length offsets, unsafe rapids near stock, wrong work offsets, spindle/tool mismatches, suspicious feed/speed outliers, and axis limit violations. It generates a short “red/yellow/green” report, annotated line references, and a printable setup checklist for the operator. This is not a full CAM replacement and it won’t magically understand every custom macro; it’s a pragmatic preflight layer that reduces expensive mistakes. Teams can store machine profiles (travel limits, safe Z, tool library conventions) and require a sign-off before releasing a program to the floor.
