GembaNudge

GembaNudge is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that helps operations teams run continuous improvement without the usual spreadsheet chaos. Frontline staff submit quick “nudge” observations (waste, defects, delays) with a photo, location, and estimated impact. Supervisors triage in a simple queue, assign owners, and track to closure with due dates and proof-of-fix. The app automatically generates a weekly CI rhythm: a prioritized top-10 list, a short standup agenda, and a before/after impact log tied to KPIs (scrap, cycle time, downtime). AI is used narrowly to categorize submissions, suggest root-cause prompts (5 Whys), and draft concise A3-style summaries—no magic promises. It’s designed for teams that want discipline and visibility, not a heavy enterprise transformation program. Pricing can be per site or per active user to fit SMB manufacturing, warehousing, and field service.
