GembaPulse is a mobile + web AI-assisted Lean ops app for frontline teams to capture waste, defects, and delays during real gemba walks and turn them into prioritized, trackable improvements. Workers snap a photo, pick a category (8 wastes, safety, quality), and log a quick voice note; the AI transcribes, tags likely root-cause themes, and suggests a simple countermeasure template (5 Whys, fishbone prompts, standard work update). Supervisors get a web dashboard that aggregates issues by line, shift, and product, showing repeat offenders, cycle-time impact estimates, and overdue actions. The goal is not “enterprise transformation”—it’s making daily continuous improvement actually happen with minimal friction. Integrations are intentionally limited to CSV export and Microsoft Teams notifications to avoid long IT cycles. This is realistic for SMB manufacturing, warehouses, and field service operations that can’t justify heavyweight QMS/CI suites.
