GenSetGuard

GenSetGuard is a web + mobile AI-assisted monitoring and maintenance app for distributed generation fleets (diesel/natural gas gensets, microturbines, CHP). It connects to existing controller data (Modbus/OPC-UA where available) or a low-cost gateway, then turns noisy telemetry into actionable maintenance tasks: early warnings for overheating, low oil pressure, battery/charger issues, fuel quality problems, and repeated start failures. The app focuses on operational uptime, not pretty dashboards: it prioritizes alarms by business impact, recommends checks with parts lists, and auto-generates work orders and compliance-ready service logs. It also tracks runtime, load factor, and test schedules, and flags “false readiness” (units that pass weekly tests but are likely to fail under real load). This is not a full SCADA replacement—it's a pragmatic reliability layer for small-to-mid fleets that can’t justify enterprise systems.
