GeoFenceOps

GeoFenceOps is a web app (with a companion mobile app) that monitors autonomous vehicle operations against approved ODD/geofence rules and turns “silent drift” into actionable alerts. It ingests vehicle telemetry (location, speed, autonomy state), compares it to configurable geofences, time windows, weather/road restrictions, and customer-specific no-go zones, then triggers escalation workflows when a vehicle is approaching or violating constraints. The product focuses on operations teams who currently stitch together GIS tools, logs, and Slack messages after something already went wrong. It provides a live map, rule editor, incident timeline, and exportable compliance reports for audits and insurance. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules handle deterministic boundaries, while AI clusters near-miss patterns and suggests better geofence/rule thresholds based on historical operations and incident outcomes.
