GeoFenceOps

GeoFenceOps is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for ops teams to design, test, and enforce delivery zones that actually match reality. Instead of drawing polygons and hoping, it simulates zones against historical orders, driver GPS traces, and live road constraints to reveal hidden problems: dead zones, overlap conflicts, unreachable pockets, and time-based coverage gaps. It also adds “policy layers” (hours, vehicle type, capacity, weather rules) so zones aren’t static shapes but operational rules that dispatch and checkout can trust. The MVP focuses on clean zone editing, versioning, and a pre-deploy “zone lint” report that flags likely failures (missed addresses, long ETAs, boundary jitter). Integrations export zones to common routing/dispatch tools via API and webhooks. This is not glamorous, but it reduces refunds, late deliveries, and support tickets—where the money leaks.
