GeoRiskNow

GeoRiskNow is a web + mobile app that lets anyone type an address or drop a pin and instantly get a plain‑English geologic hazard snapshot: earthquake shaking potential, liquefaction likelihood, landslide susceptibility, flood exposure, and nearby fault/soil context. It pulls from authoritative public datasets (USGS, FEMA, state geological surveys) and clearly labels uncertainty and data age—no fake precision. The app generates a shareable PDF “due diligence” report for homebuyers, insurers, contractors, and real-estate agents, including a checklist of follow-up questions to ask local authorities or a geotechnical engineer. An AI layer summarizes the technical layers into understandable language and highlights the top 3 practical actions (e.g., request elevation certificate, slope drainage inspection). It’s not a replacement for engineering; it’s a fast, defensible screening tool that saves hours and prevents bad surprises.
