It plugs into your email and calendar to detect recruiter replies, interview scheduling speed, and outcome timelines, then combines that with aggregated, anonymized community data to score companies and specific roles on “response likelihood” and “time-to-decision.” The app nudges you toward higher-probability targets, suggests follow-up timing, and flags postings that look like resume-harvesting or perpetually-open roles. It also generates a clean application log automatically so users don’t have to maintain spreadsheets. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used for email/thread classification, entity extraction (company/role), and risk scoring; the core value is the dataset and workflow automation. It’s realistic because it doesn’t promise jobs—just fewer dead ends.
