GhostGalaXR is a mobile mixed-reality experience builder and player for pop-up “micro-performances” in real spaces. Creators (museums, indie theater groups, brands, escape-room operators) scan a venue, drop in spatial scenes (actors as volumetric video, animated props, audio cues, lighting), and publish a timed walkthrough that audiences can experience on-site. The app focuses on reliability over flash: offline-first playback, clear wayfinding, and simple scene templates that don’t require a 3D team. It supports ticketing links and session analytics (where people stop, what they miss) so operators can iterate quickly. Realistically, this won’t replace big-budget XR attractions; it’s for venues that want something more engaging than posters and QR codes but can’t afford custom development every time. Monetization is SaaS for creators plus per-visitor usage for larger venues.
