GigGate

GigGate is a web + mobile app for small circuses and variety acts to run ticketing, entry scanning, and last-minute show changes without relying on clunky spreadsheets or generic event tools. It supports reserved seating or general admission, discount codes, comp tickets, and simple add-ons (merch bundles, VIP photo, workshops). Front-of-house staff get an offline-capable scanner mode for venues with bad connectivity, plus a live headcount dashboard so producers can make real-time calls. It also includes a lightweight tour calendar and automated customer messaging (time changes, weather delays, parking notes) to reduce refund requests and angry patrons. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer for customer support drafts and refund triage, not a “magic AI” product. The goal is boring reliability for niche touring shows.
