GlowGauge is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that helps consumers verify and track the real-world performance of at-home beauty tools—LED masks, microcurrent devices, IPL hair removers, cleansing brushes, and more. Users scan the device model, then run simple guided tests using their phone sensors and camera (e.g., LED intensity consistency via camera exposure checks, usage session logging, battery health tracking, and safety reminders). The app builds a “Device Health” score, flags suspicious output drops, and recommends maintenance steps like cleaning electrodes, replacing heads, or contacting support. It also stores warranties, receipts, and replacement-part schedules. This is not magic: it won’t perfectly measure clinical efficacy, but it will catch obvious device degradation, counterfeit red flags, and inconsistent usage—common reasons people feel these tools ‘don’t work.’ Monetization: freemium with premium tracking, extended device library, and partner discounts.
