GlycoPilot
GlycoPilot is a mobile + web AI app that personalizes nutrition for people who care about blood sugar stability (prediabetes, T2D, athletes cutting sugar crashes). Users connect a CGM (Dexcom/Libre via integrations where available) or manually log fingerstick readings, then log meals by photo or quick search. The app learns which foods, meal timing, and portion sizes cause spikes for that specific person, and generates “swap” suggestions (e.g., change rice portion, add fiber/fat, reorder meal components) that are realistic for their cuisine and budget. It focuses on the boring but valuable part: repeatable meal templates and grocery lists that reduce spikes without extreme dieting. It also flags patterns like late-night snacking, low sleep, or post-meal inactivity that correlate with spikes. This is not a medical device; it’s decision support with clear disclaimers and exportable reports for clinicians.
