GnosisMap

GnosisMap is a mobile + web app for people exploring mysticism who want structure without dogma. It helps users run simple “practice experiments” (meditation, prayer, breathwork, contemplative reading, fasting, silence) and track outcomes like mood, sleep, anxiety, focus, and sense of meaning. Instead of promising enlightenment, it focuses on repeatable habits and honest reflection. Users log sessions in under a minute, add short notes, and review weekly summaries that show what correlates with better days. Optional guided prompts support common mystical frameworks (Christian contemplative, Sufi dhikr, Kabbalistic reflection, Zen inquiry) while staying respectful and non-prescriptive. A private “rule of life” builder turns insights into a realistic weekly plan. This is not therapy and doesn’t diagnose—it's a practical companion for spiritual discipline with measurable feedback.
