GoalProof

GoalProof is a mobile + web AI-assisted goal-setting app built around one uncomfortable truth: most goals fail because they’re vague, over-ambitious, and never stress-tested against time, money, energy, and calendar constraints. Users define a goal, then the app forces a “proof” workflow: quantify success, list constraints, identify dependencies, and run a feasibility check against your actual weekly schedule. It generates a realistic plan with milestones, a minimum viable version of the goal, and a pre-mortem (top reasons you’ll quit) with countermeasures. Weekly, it asks for evidence-based progress (not feelings) and adjusts the plan when life changes. It integrates with Google Calendar to reserve time blocks and flags when your plan is mathematically impossible. The product is intentionally opinionated: it will tell users to shrink, delay, or drop goals that don’t fit their constraints.
