GoalSnap
GoalSnap is a mobile + web app that helps special education teachers and therapists capture progress evidence in seconds and turn it into defensible, parent-ready reporting. Instead of end-of-quarter scramble, staff pick a student goal, tap a quick rubric score, and attach a photo, short note, or 10-second audio clip during the actual activity. The app auto-organizes entries by goal, date, and setting (classroom, OT, speech), then generates simple progress graphs and narrative summaries that can be exported for meetings. It also supports quick prompts for common accommodations and behavior data (frequency/duration) without forcing staff into a complex behavior platform. This is not a “magic AI teacher”—it’s a practical documentation tool that reduces paperwork and makes progress monitoring more consistent across staff. Works offline and syncs later for schools with spotty Wi‑Fi.
