GoalSnap

GoalSnap is a mobile + web app for special education staff to capture IEP progress evidence in seconds and automatically organize it by student, goal, service minutes, and setting. Staff can quickly log a data point (prompt level, accuracy, duration, behavior frequency), attach a photo/audio note, and tag it to the correct goal without hunting through spreadsheets. The app generates clean, audit-ready progress summaries and graphs that match common district reporting formats, reducing end-of-quarter panic. It also includes a simple “what counts as evidence” checklist per goal type to prevent unusable data. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify notes to the right goal and drafts narrative progress statements, but users must confirm everything. It’s realistic because it doesn’t try to replace the IEP system—just fixes the daily data capture and reporting bottleneck.
