GoalTriage

GoalTriage is a mobile + web AI-assisted goal-setting app that forces ruthless prioritization. Instead of letting users create endless lists, it runs a short “triage” flow: what you want, what it costs (time/money/energy), what you’ll stop doing, and what success looks like in 30 days. The app then converts the chosen goal into a single weekly commitment, a daily 10–20 minute action, and a stop-doing rule. It tracks only three metrics: streak, time spent, and a weekly outcome check. If you miss twice, it triggers a reset: shrink the scope, remove friction, or admit the goal is not worth it. It also includes a lightweight “accountability receipt” you can share weekly (no social feed). The product is intentionally narrow: fewer goals, fewer features, more follow-through.
