GovMinute is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps companies prove governance happened—not just that meetings were held. It guides secretaries and compliance teams through structured minute-taking, decision logging, and policy exception tracking, then automatically builds an audit-ready “governance trail” with timestamps, approvals, and supporting attachments. The AI component suggests agenda templates by meeting type, flags missing elements (quorum, conflicts, resolutions, vote counts), and drafts consistent language—while keeping humans in control for legal sensitivity. It also tracks follow-ups as accountable actions with due dates and evidence uploads, so decisions don’t vanish into email. Realistically, this wins by being lightweight: it’s not a full GRC suite; it’s the narrow layer that makes governance defensible during audits, financing, or litigation.
