GrantBridge is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small NGOs, universities, and city-to-city partnerships running cross-border cooperation projects. It centralizes partner onboarding, document exchange, budget tracking, and compliance checklists across jurisdictions. The AI layer helps translate and summarize partner updates, flags missing required artifacts (e.g., procurement docs, attendance proofs), and drafts donor-ready narrative reports from structured activity logs. It also provides a “single source of truth” timeline with responsibilities per partner, reducing the constant back-and-forth across email and WhatsApp. Realistically, this won’t replace full grant management suites for large institutions; it’s built for teams that are too small for enterprise tools but too busy to manage multi-country work manually. The goal is fewer missed deadlines, fewer audit surprises, and faster reporting with minimal training.
