GrantGauge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for state and provincial agencies to manage inbound grant applications with real-time status visibility for applicants and internal staff. It replaces the usual mess of shared inboxes, spreadsheets, and PDF trails with a structured workflow: intake, eligibility checks, scoring, review panels, compliance, award letters, and post-award reporting. Applicants get a clean portal to submit forms, upload documents, and see exactly what’s missing or delayed. Staff get configurable stages, audit logs, templated communications, and deadline dashboards. This is not a magic “AI writes grants” tool; it’s a pragmatic system that reduces phone calls, reduces lost documents, and makes timelines defensible during audits and public records requests. AI is used narrowly for document classification, duplicate detection, and summarizing reviewer notes—nothing mission-critical depends on it.
