GrantGauge
GrantGauge is a web app (with optional desktop add-on) that helps researchers and small labs decide which grants are actually worth pursuing. You paste a funding call link or PDF, and the app extracts eligibility, required aims, budget rules, deadlines, and hidden “gotchas.” It then compares the call against your lab profile (PI status, institution type, prior awards, keywords, publications, facilities) and produces a brutally practical fit score, a compliance checklist, and a week-by-week writing plan. It also flags common disqualifiers (citizenship, career stage, indirect cost caps) and suggests what evidence you’ll need (letters, data, IRB, biosketch gaps). This is not a magic “win grants” tool; it’s a decision and planning tool to reduce wasted cycles and missed requirements. Teams can collaborate, assign sections, and track progress to submission.
