GrantGuard

GrantGuard is a web app with optional mobile companion that helps small-to-mid public sector teams stay compliant on grants without hiring more staff. It centralizes award terms, reporting deadlines, allowable cost rules, and required documentation into a single workspace. Users upload award PDFs, budgets, and policies; the app extracts obligations, builds a compliance calendar, and generates task checklists for program, finance, and procurement. It continuously flags risk: missing time-and-effort records, late subrecipient monitoring, unapproved budget shifts, weak procurement documentation, and expiring SAM/UEI validations. It also produces audit-ready evidence packets (who approved what, when, and why) and exports to common formats for auditors and grantors. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for document parsing, obligation extraction, and risk detection, while workflows and approvals remain deterministic and configurable.
