GrantHandoff is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) that helps governments and watchdogs track devolved responsibilities and the money attached to them—end to end. It ingests legislation, budget line items, and grant agreements, then maps them to agencies, counties/municipalities, and delivery milestones. Local implementers submit lightweight progress updates (documents, photos, procurement IDs, KPI numbers) that are time-stamped and auditable. Dashboards show where funds stall (unspent balances, delayed procurements, missed milestones) and where outcomes diverge across regions. It’s not a “magic transparency portal”; it’s a practical workflow tool that reduces reporting chaos and makes it harder to hide delays. The AI layer assists by extracting obligations and milestones from PDFs and flagging anomalies, but humans still approve everything. Pricing targets government departments and large NGOs that manage multi-jurisdiction programs.
