GrantPlaybook

GrantPlaybook is a web + mobile app for sports-for-development programs that need credible evidence to keep donors, NGOs, and government funders onboard. Coaches log attendance, session plans, and simple pre/post “life skills” check-ins (confidence, school attendance, wellbeing) in under 60 seconds. The app automatically turns messy field data into funder-ready outputs: indicator dashboards, audit trails, anonymized participant lists, and narrative reports tied to common frameworks (SDGs, safeguarding, inclusion). It also includes a lightweight offline mode for low-connectivity areas and a consent workflow for minors. An AI assistant helps staff draft reports and translate them into donor languages, but the core value is structured data capture and defensible reporting. Pricing is per program site, not per athlete, to fit NGO budgets.
