GrantProof

GrantProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps nonprofits produce funder-ready, audit-friendly grant reports by continuously collecting evidence as work happens. Staff tag activities, expenses, and outcomes to specific grant requirements, then upload “proof” (photos, attendance sheets, invoices, consent forms) into a structured checklist. The system generates a reporting packet: narrative draft, KPI tables, and a compliance appendix with timestamps and source links. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests which requirement an item maps to, flags missing documentation, and drafts plain-language narratives from logged activities—while keeping human review mandatory. This is not a magic “measure impact” tool; it’s a pragmatic compliance and reporting workflow that reduces end-of-grant panic, staff burnout, and costly reporting errors.
