GrantPulse

GrantPulse is a web app (with optional desktop-friendly exports) that helps research groups and grant managers track and report real-world impact and scholarly outputs tied to specific grants. Users connect ORCID, Crossref, OpenAlex, and institutional repositories to auto-pull publications, citations, datasets, software releases, preprints, and policy mentions. The app then maps each output to a funding award, time window, and contributor list, producing funder-ready narratives and metric tables with defensible sources. It flags missing acknowledgements, inconsistent grant numbers, and likely duplicates across systems. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional pipelines handle data ingestion and deduping, while AI drafts concise impact statements and suggests evidence links. It’s realistic because it focuses on a narrow, painful workflow: assembling credible impact reports under deadline pressure.
