GrantPulse is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) for cities, counties, and economic development agencies to manage small-business grants, workforce programs, and incentive deals end-to-end. It centralizes applications, eligibility checks, scoring, disbursements, and compliance reporting, then ties each award to measurable outcomes like jobs created, wages, business survival, and tax revenue proxies. An AI layer helps staff triage applications, flag missing documentation, detect duplicate applicants, and draft board-ready summaries—without pretending to “predict the economy.” The app also provides a public transparency portal that publishes anonymized results and timelines to reduce accusations of favoritism. This is not a glamorous product: procurement is slow and data is messy. But agencies are drowning in spreadsheets, audits, and public-records requests, and they need a system that survives scrutiny and staff turnover.
