GrantPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small nonprofits and community groups collect credible outcome data without hiring an evaluator. It provides simple, standardized “micro-surveys” and attendance/engagement tracking that can be deployed via QR codes, SMS links, or offline mobile forms at events. An AI layer turns messy notes, photos, and survey responses into funder-ready summaries, logic-model-aligned metrics, and draft grant reports—while clearly flagging what’s inferred vs. measured. The app also creates a shared “evidence locker” (consent forms, anonymized testimonials, receipts, program logs) so reporting doesn’t become a quarterly fire drill. Realistically, this doesn’t magically create impact; it just makes measurement less painful and more consistent, which is what most under-resourced orgs actually need to keep funding and reduce admin burnout.
