GrantPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small nonprofits and community groups collect credible impact evidence without hiring an evaluator. It turns messy program activity into funder-ready reporting: intake forms, attendance logs, outputs, outcomes, and simple pre/post surveys. The AI layer drafts narratives, summarizes qualitative feedback, flags missing data, and maps results to common grant frameworks (logic models, SDGs, basic KPIs). It also creates a “trust page” that nonprofits can share with donors and foundations showing verified metrics, methodology notes, and anonymized testimonials. The brutal truth: most nonprofits are drowning in reporting and lose funding because they can’t prove impact consistently. This app focuses on making measurement boring, repeatable, and auditable—so organizations can spend time delivering services, not formatting PDFs.
