GrantPulse

GrantPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for academic labs to manage the full lifecycle of grants: opportunity tracking, internal deadlines, required documents, budget versions, and post-award compliance tasks. It replaces the messy mix of spreadsheets, email threads, and shared drives with a single source of truth tied to each grant and project. The app includes a lightweight AI layer that reads funding calls (PDF/HTML) and extracts key requirements (eligibility, page limits, required attachments, submission portals, reporting cadence) into structured checklists. It also generates role-based task plans (PI, admin, postdoc) and sends reminders that reflect real academic workflows (department review, sponsor deadline, subaward coordination). The goal is not “write your grant for you,” but to prevent missed requirements, last-minute scrambles, and compliance slips that cost time and money.
