GrantPulse is a mobile + web app for rural NGOs, local governments, and community-based organizations to manage small development projects end-to-end and report outcomes without drowning in spreadsheets. Field staff capture offline-first updates (photos, GPS, receipts, attendance, short surveys) that sync when connectivity returns. The web dashboard turns that messy field evidence into donor-ready reports: budget burn, milestone completion, beneficiary counts, and simple outcome indicators over time. It also flags common failure points—late procurement, stalled contractors, missing documentation—so managers can intervene early. This is not a “social network for villages.” It’s boring operational software that reduces fraud risk, improves audit readiness, and makes it easier to renew grants. If you can’t show credible results, you don’t get funded; this app focuses on that reality.
