GrantPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that gives federal, state, and local partners a shared, auditable view of grant obligations, subawards, deadlines, and reporting requirements. It consolidates fragmented spreadsheets, email threads, and portal screenshots into one timeline: award terms, required forms, performance metrics, and who owes what by when. The app ingests documents and notices, extracts key fields, and flags conflicts (e.g., mismatched CFDA/Assistance Listing numbers, inconsistent match requirements, duplicated subrecipient entries). It also provides a “single source of truth” workspace for intergovernmental coordination: comment threads tied to specific compliance items, versioned attachments, and export-ready reporting packets. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps parse award documents and detect inconsistencies, while deterministic workflows handle approvals, reminders, and audit logs. Realistically, adoption will require procurement patience and strong security posture.
