GrantPulse is a web app (with an optional mobile viewer) that turns government grant reporting into a public-facing performance dashboard tied to outcomes. It ingests grant agreements, milestones, and required reports, then publishes a standardized scorecard per program: timeline status, deliverables completed, unit-cost trends, and beneficiary reach. The app focuses on “proof of performance” by linking each metric to source documents (invoices, progress reports, audits) and providing a simple red/amber/green status with explanations. Agencies get internal views for data validation and reminders; the public gets a clean, comparable dashboard across programs. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI assists with extracting milestones and metrics from PDFs and narrative reports, but humans approve before publishing. The goal is to reduce manual reporting chaos and make outcomes legible to non-experts.
