GrantPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small-to-mid nonprofits find, qualify, and submit grant applications without drowning in spreadsheets and stale templates. It combines a traditional workflow app with AI to draft first-pass narratives, build funder-aligned budgets, and auto-generate required attachments (impact summaries, logic models, outcome tables) from your existing program data. The core is a grant pipeline: deadlines, eligibility checks, document versioning, collaborator roles, and a “reuse library” of approved language and metrics. AI is constrained: it can only draft using your uploaded materials and prior approved content, reducing hallucinations and compliance risk. The app also tracks reporting obligations post-award so organizations don’t lose future funding due to missed reports. This is not a magic grant-winner; it’s a practical system that makes grant work less chaotic and more repeatable.
