GrantPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small NGOs, city programs, and social enterprises to track outcomes and report impact without hiring an M&E consultant. Teams define a simple theory-of-change template, collect beneficiary check-ins via SMS/WhatsApp-style forms, and automatically generate funder-ready reports with clear metrics (income change, job placement, skills completion, retention). It also flags data quality issues (missing follow-ups, suspicious duplicates) and benchmarks results against similar programs in the same region and sector using anonymized aggregates. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps draft indicators, summarize qualitative feedback, and turn raw data into plain-language narratives, but the core value is structured, auditable measurement. It’s realistic: it won’t “prove causality” like an RCT, but it will make basic outcome tracking cheaper, faster, and more consistent.
