GrantPulse

GrantPulse is a web app (with optional browser extension) that monitors early “pre-announcement” signals from funders—board minutes, policy updates, strategic plans, procurement notices, newsletters, and agency calendars—and turns them into a prioritized pipeline for research teams. It’s an AI-assisted app: it extracts themes, eligibility constraints, likely budgets, and expected timelines, then alerts you when a funder’s language shifts toward your lab’s topics. Users can maintain a lightweight “research profile” (keywords, methods, populations, geography, TRL) and see matched signals with confidence and source citations. The product is realistic because it doesn’t promise to write winning grants; it focuses on earlier discovery and planning, where teams actually lose time. It also logs outreach actions (program officer emails, concept notes) so labs can build repeatable funding ops rather than scrambling at deadline time.
