Users select a policy area (e.g., overdose prevention, lead abatement, maternal health), answer a structured intake about population, staffing, and current programs, and the app outputs a funder-aligned plan: objectives, logic model, workplan, budget categories, evaluation metrics, and compliance checklist. It also tracks deadlines, required attachments, and version history so teams stop losing time in email threads. This is not a magic “auto-win grants” tool; it’s a pragmatic system to reduce rework, standardize outputs, and keep documentation audit-ready. The MVP focuses on a few high-demand policy areas and a small library of templates, then expands based on usage data and feedback from grant managers and program directors.
