GrantReady is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps NGOs and public health implementers convert routine program data into donor-compliant narratives, indicator tables, and evidence packs. Teams upload or sync spreadsheets, DHIS2 exports, Kobo/ODK submissions, and photos of registers; the app maps them to a simple results framework, flags missing denominators, and generates draft quarterly reports aligned to common templates (USAID, Global Fund, UNICEF-style). It also creates an audit trail: data sources, version history, and who approved what. The AI is used for summarization, consistency checks (e.g., totals vs. disaggregations), and translating technical findings into plain language for different audiences. This is not a magic “auto-write grants” tool; it’s a workflow tool that reduces the painful last-mile reporting scramble and the risk of embarrassing inconsistencies that can jeopardize funding.
