GrantWeaver is a web app (AI + traditional) that helps interdisciplinary teams turn scattered notes, prior papers, and funder requirements into a coherent, review-ready proposal package. Users pick a target call (NSF, EU Horizon, foundations), upload key references and prior work, and the app builds a structured outline: aims, significance, innovation, approach, management plan, data management, and broader impacts. It flags common interdisciplinary failure points—unclear integration, mismatched methods, vague roles—and forces explicit “integration threads” that connect disciplines. A built-in compliance checklist maps each section to the call’s criteria and page/format rules. Collaboration features focus on accountability: role-based section ownership, change tracking, and a “reviewer simulation” that critiques clarity and feasibility. This is not magic: it won’t invent results, but it will drastically reduce proposal thrash and improve coherence across disciplines.
