GrazingGrid

GrazingGrid is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps rewilding teams and land managers plan and document conservation grazing (cattle, ponies, bison substitutes) to hit habitat targets without wrecking sensitive areas. Users map paddocks, set habitat goals (scrub control, sward height, wetland margins), and log animal movements, stocking density, and timing. The app pulls in weather, soil moisture proxies, and vegetation indices from satellite data to flag overgrazing risk and suggest move windows. It also generates simple, audit-ready reports for funders and regulators, including before/after photo logs and grazing rationales. This is not a magic “rewilding autopilot”—it’s a practical planning and record system that reduces mistakes, improves transparency, and saves staff time in the field.
