GreenHalakh
GreenHalakh is a mobile + web app for faith communities that want environmental ethics to be more than sermons and slogans. It provides ready-to-run, tradition-aware “action liturgies” (short readings, discussion prompts, and a concrete practice) tied to weekly themes like consumption, waste, water, and justice. Members join a congregation group, pick one small commitment (e.g., meatless day, no single-use plastics, transit week), and log completion with lightweight proof (photo, receipt scan, or self-attestation). Leaders get a dashboard showing participation, estimated impact, and suggested next steps, plus templates for announcements and study sessions. It’s intentionally practical: it won’t magically change beliefs, but it can help communities convert shared values into repeatable habits and visible momentum without needing a sustainability expert on staff.
