GreenLease

GreenLease is a web + mobile app that helps workplace and retail tenants propose biophilic improvements that are likely to get landlord approval and stay within lease constraints. Users input their space type, lease clauses (or upload a PDF), budget range, and goals (wellbeing, acoustics, brand, footfall). The app generates a prioritized package of low-risk interventions—planting strategies, daylight/lighting tweaks, natural materials, acoustic greenery, and maintenance plans—paired with a simple ROI narrative and a landlord-ready submission. It also produces a “maintenance burden score” and suggests vendors and service intervals so proposals don’t die on operations concerns. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts key lease constraints and drafts the proposal; traditional logic handles cost templates, compliance checklists, and versioning.
