GridCircle

GridCircle is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for community energy groups, HOAs, and municipalities to run shared solar, bulk-buy heat pumps, and neighborhood demand-response programs. It centralizes member sign-ups, eligibility checks, device/installer coordination, and monthly benefit statements (credits, savings, or rebates). The “AI” part is limited and practical: it auto-drafts member updates, summarizes meeting notes, and flags anomalies in meter/installer data (missing readings, suspicious savings claims). The app is not a magic energy optimizer; it’s an operations layer that reduces admin time and prevents programs from collapsing under volunteer turnover. Integrations focus on what’s realistically available: utility Green Button data where supported, CSV imports elsewhere, and contractor status tracking. Pricing is per program (not per household) so small communities can afford it while still funding support.
