GridExit

GridExit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for energy managers and industrial sites to create a realistic fossil-fuels transition plan that matches local grid limits. Users upload interval electricity data (or connect via utility/EMS APIs), then model electrification steps like heat pumps, electric boilers, EV fleets, and battery storage. The app checks feeder/transformer capacity assumptions, demand charges, and interconnection timelines, then outputs a phased roadmap with capex/opex ranges, emissions impact, and risk flags. It’s not a glossy “net-zero” dashboard—it's a constraint-driven planner that forces tradeoffs: peak shaving vs. production schedules, backup power options, and what can be done before a substation upgrade. Reports are exportable for CFOs, boards, and utility interconnection applications. AI is used for data cleaning, tariff parsing, and drafting the transition narrative, not for magical forecasts.
