GridLiaison

GridLiaison is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes the messy, email-driven interconnection process for distributed energy projects. It ingests utility/ISO portal exports, emails, PDFs, and study letters, then turns them into a single timeline with required actions, due dates, fees, and dependencies. An AI layer classifies incoming documents, extracts key fields (MILestones, upgrade cost estimates, study phase, cure periods), and flags missing items before they trigger delays. The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: constant status chasing, inconsistent utility requirements, and internal handoffs between developers, engineers, and counsel. It won’t “magically” move you up the queue, but it will reduce preventable stalls and create audit-ready records for lenders and partners. Expect integrations to be limited at first; the MVP should prioritize a few high-volume utilities/ISOs and generic email/PDF workflows.
