Instead of spreadsheets and shared drives, it pulls logs and configuration snapshots from common OT/IT sources, maps them to controls, and maintains a tamper-evident evidence timeline. An AI copilot helps draft control narratives, flags missing artifacts, and suggests what to collect next, but keeps humans in charge of final attestations. The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: audits are repetitive, evidence is scattered, and SMEs get dragged into fire drills. GridProof provides a single place to track controls, owners, due dates, and evidence, with clear “audit packet” exports. It’s not a full GRC suite; it’s a narrow, practical evidence engine for utilities and other operators who can’t afford audit chaos.
