GridPulse is a web + mobile AI app for power plant operators and O&M teams to catch early warning signals of equipment trips and derates using the data they already have. It connects to common historians/SCADA exports (OSIsoft PI, OPC UA gateways, CSV dumps) and continuously scores risk for assets like gas turbines, boilers, cooling systems, transformers, and balance-of-plant. Instead of generic dashboards, it focuses on actionable alerts: “combustion instability rising,” “bearing temp drift,” “condenser backpressure trending abnormal,” with likely causes and the top 3 checks to run. It also tracks recurring nuisance alarms and quantifies avoided downtime in dollars to justify adoption. Brutal truth: you won’t beat enterprise APM suites head-on, so the product is intentionally lightweight—fast deployment, narrow scope, and priced for plants that can’t justify a full APM rollout.
