GridPulse
GridPulse is a web app (with optional mobile field companion) that helps cities, utilities, and critical-facility operators quantify and track infrastructure resilience in a way auditors and insurers will accept. It ingests asset inventories, maintenance logs, outage history, and hazard layers (flood, wildfire, heat, wind) to produce a defensible “resilience scorecard” by asset, corridor, and service area. The core value is not fancy dashboards—it’s standardized evidence packs: what failed, why, what was fixed, and what risk remains, mapped to common frameworks (FEMA, NIST, ISO 22301) and grant requirements. An AI assistant summarizes incident reports, extracts failure modes from PDFs, and drafts mitigation plans, but the system forces human sign-off to avoid hallucinated compliance. Brutal reality: most orgs have messy data; GridPulse wins by working with partial data and improving over time, not demanding perfection upfront.
