GridWaiver

Driving schools waste time and take on unnecessary liability with paper waivers, messy check-ins, and scattered safety documentation. GridWaiver is a mobile + web app that handles digital waivers, identity verification, onsite check-in, and incident/safety logging in one place. Students sign on their phone (or a kiosk tablet), upload a license photo, and get a QR code for fast arrival. Instructors can quickly confirm eligibility (age, license, required acknowledgements), record car assignments, and log any on-track incidents with photos and timestamps. The app generates a clean audit trail for insurance and venue requirements, and exports attendance and waiver PDFs when needed. This is not glamorous, but it removes the most annoying operational bottleneck and reduces “we can’t find that form” risk. It’s a traditional app with light AI (optional) for auto-extracting license data and categorizing incident notes.
